Terms & Conditions

  •  No warranty on Tines, Reeds and Strings as the life span of these parts is dependent on the state of the instruments they are installed in. More importantly, the life span of these parts is also dependent on the musician's playing style.
  • No warranty on used parts.
  •  Any lost shipments without a tracking number cannot be compensated for. Ask for insured shipment.
  •  The results of our repair and restoration of your instrument can be checked in our workshop upon collection up of the instrument.
  •  No warranty after reclamation of the instrument, as it might be damaged by transport and/or careless treatment. If you encounter any problems with your instrument within 8 days after a repair / restoration, you can return it to our workshop, where we will solve the problem free of charge, These repairs will be carried out in consultation with the client.
  •  When shipping pianos by order of a client, we cannot be held responsible for any damages due to transport. We can insure the shipment on request.
  •  Repairs on site, before concerts or important gigs, will be expertly executed with the utmost care. However, if anything goes wrong during the show, we cannot be held responsible in any way. There are unforeseen circumstances which can cause the instrument to malfunction - after all, it is usually more than 30 years old.
  •  When left with us for repair / overhaul, your piano is insured against the effects of theft and fire. If your instrument is lost due to theft or fire, compensation (as in: sum of money) up to the value of the instrument will be paid by the insurance company. You will not receive a replacement piano.
  •  We will always strive to finish our repairs / restoration of your piano on the agreed date. If we cannot finish the job before the agreed date due to illness or other circumstances we cannot be held responsible for any damages following the delay.
  •  All the costs of a restoration / overhaul will be determined and agreed beforehand. If the costs appear to exceed the sum agreed on beforehand, we will contact the client in the course of the restoration.
  •  All orders are to be paid in advance.
  •  Your order will usually be shipped within 48 hours after receiving your payment.
  •  We cannot be held responsible for any delays in deliveries. We only can be held responsible for the work we have done and charged.
  •  We are able to ship your order by express delivery / by courier service, for which we will have to charge extra.
  •  We decide which courier will be used to deliver your order.
  •  All pictures on the website are for indication purpose only, your product may be sligthly different.
  •  We only can be held accountable for the sum we charge you.

  •  We are not responsible for any duties taxes or import charges associated with packages exported outside the EU. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay these taxes. Every country is different in their level of import taxation.  We declare only the insured value of the item.

  •  We are not able to store keyboards for customers as space is limited.  We will store your piano for 4 weeks maximum after work is complete. After 4 weeks there will be a charge of € 25 per week.
  • We triple check our work before shipping back to the customer to ensure our confidence in a job done to the highest possible standard. If you find anything unsatisfactory about our work it is up to you to ship the instrument/part back to us. We are not responsible for shipping costs. If we accept liability for any problems we repair the instrument at no extra cost.
  • All bougth parts can be returned within 14 days from the date of sale, we charge 15% relisting fees, and we don't refund your shipping cost.
